Project Details:
This might be the favourite house we have built to date. It’s not big. We saved almost all the trees on the lot. It’s a small waterfront lot in a neighborhood mainly built out in the 1970’s. The details that Emerge Design put into this build felt like a modern 70’s throwback. It’s cosy, fun, full of texture and colour. The owners have had the land for over 40 years. They are so overjoyed with the final product, and it was honestly a treat to work for them.
